SnapStorm Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snapstorm.app and the SnapStorm subscription service (the "Service"). By subscribing, checking out, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Use of the SnapStorm Chrome extension itself is additionally governed by the License Agreement — these Terms cover the service and billing relationship; the License Agreement covers what you may do with the software.

2. The service

SnapStorm is a paid subscription that provides access to the SnapStorm Chrome extension, which automates capturing screenshots and recordings of native ad previews within your own Taboola Realize account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until canceled. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial; your payment method is charged only after the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before a billing date to avoid the next charge. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is processed by Stripe; SnapStorm never receives or stores your full card details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or trial), and your license is deactivated at that point.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — capturing ad previews within your own, properly authorized Taboola Realize account access — and not to use it in a way that violates Taboola's own terms of service, applicable law, or the restrictions in the License Agreement.

6. Service availability

SnapStorm depends on Taboola Realize's own website, which we don't control and which may change without notice. We'll do our best to keep the extension working against those changes, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every Realize update.

7. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Independence from Taboola

SnapStorm is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Taboola or Realize.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
